Phase 3, 2006 Goals (Accomplished)
- Complete new school building, including new well and water tower
- Education and certification for all teachers
- Build caretaker's home and hire caretaker

- Provide for director's transportation (repair car)

Phase 4, 2007 Goals (Accomplished)
- Erect new cooking facility
- Provide for director's long-term salary
- Self-sustaining business plan and $10,000 capital upstart
- All desks, chairs, chalkboards, and cabinetry finished
- School officially registered with minister of education — "Mapalo Academy"
- Install long-term operations partner
- Students begin taking government exams

Phase 5, 2008
- Install electrical poles and electricity to Care Center
- Complete punch list for school building
- Dining commons completed
